Robert S. Smee



Robert Smee is a retired police officer. He served from 1970 to 2003 for the New Cumberland Police Department and retired with the rank of Corporal. In 1971 he completed the PA State Police Municipal Police Course of study, and in 1972, the Harrisburg Area Community College Police Recruit School, graduating with the highest scholastic average. In 1986 he completed the FBI Southcentral Pennsylvania Investigative School. Mr. Smee has received numerous certifications and certificates for police related studies. He is a founding member, past director and president of the West Shore Police Association. He is currently a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, Pennsylvania Lodge 76, where he serves as First Vice President. Mr. Smee has also been a member and officer of the New Cumberland River Rescue for over 40 years.
